GTR99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GTR99 platform, including the website gtr99.xyz, all online casino services, Sports Betting, promotions, and any other features provided by GTR99. This document takes effect from the latest update date stated at the top of this page.

GTR99 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the GTR99 platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and use GTR99's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration — no exceptions to this minimum age requirement.
• Registering solely for your own personal use and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Not being on any active self-exclusion list or responsible gaming programme that restricts access to gambling platforms.
• Not using the GTR99 platform in a professional capacity for research, testing, or on behalf of any company without GTR99's written consent.
• Ensuring that your use of the GTR99 platform is lawful under the regulations of your jurisdiction.

GTR99 reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Accounts that are unable to verify their eligibility will be suspended pending verification, or terminated if verification fails.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at GTR99 at all times. Opening multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions and will result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all accumulated balances and winnings.

During registration, you must provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information. GTR99 reserves the right to request document verification to confirm your identity, including a Malaysian identity card (MyKad), bank statement, or other relevant documents. Failure to provide the requested verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your GTR99 account username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring no third party accesses your account without your authorization.
• Notify GTR99 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Keeping your account information current and accurate at all times.

GTR99 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, FPX via Maybank2u, and FPX via CIMB Clicks. Foreign or unlisted payment methods are not accepted.

GTR99 deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your GTR99 account within 30 seconds of a successful transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 hours on standard business days.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as your most recent deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by the GTR99 team.
• GTR99 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, for security and anti-money laundering purposes.
• GTR99 does not charge any fees on standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

GTR99 does not accept deposits or withdrawals using accounts belonging to a third party. All financial transactions must be made using a payment method registered in the same name as the GTR99 account holder.

GTR99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. The general conditions that apply to all GTR99 bonuses are as follows:

• Each new GTR99 member is eligible to receive a welcome bonus once only — one bonus per phone number, email address, device and IP address.
• All bonuses are subject to the rollover requirements stated in the respective bonus terms before any bonus balance can be withdrawn as cash.
• GTR99 reserves the right to cancel any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or a breach of terms.
• Any bonus credited to an account that has breached any eligibility condition will be automatically voided.
• GTR99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the terms of the relevant offer.

All casino games at GTR99 — including online slots, live casino, table games, lottery and jackpot — are operated using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been certified by an independent body to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome.

• All games at GTR99 are for entertainment purposes and must be played using real money deposited by the member themselves.
• Game results are final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure confirmed by GTR99.
• In the event of a technical failure occurring during gameplay, GTR99 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each game are displayed in the respective game interface and must be observed by all members.

The GTR99 Sports Betting section covers football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, and international leagues), badminton, cricket, e-sports (Mobile Legends, PUBG Mobile, CS2, and more), and over 30 other sports. General Sports Betting rules at GTR99 are as follows:

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member unless GTR99 offers a Cash Out feature for the relevant market.
• The minimum bet for each Sports Betting market is RM10 unless otherwise stated in the betting interface.
• If a match is postponed or cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and funds returned to the member's account within 24 hours.
• If a match is suspended after it has started and does not resume within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate winnings — any changes to odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect existing bets.
• GTR99 reserves the right to void any bet accepted as a result of a technical error that produced clearly incorrect odds (obvious error).
• For Accumulator or Parlay bets, if any match on the slip is cancelled, the odds for that match will be counted as 1.00 and the remaining selections in the bet will continue to stand.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the GTR99 platform and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action where applicable:

• Opening more than one GTR99 account, whether using the same or different information.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools to interact with the GTR99 platform.
• Any form of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or exploit any vulnerability in the GTR99 system.
• Using the GTR99 platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes — including collusion in poker or live casino games.
• Disclosing or sharing your account information with any other party for commercial or personal purposes.
• Using another person's information or identity to register for or access a GTR99 account.

GTR99 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any condition set out in these GTR99 Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to verify your identity or submit the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Any activity that is suspicious or that may compromise the integrity of the GTR99 platform.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member themselves.
• Receipt of a valid complaint from the relevant authority regarding the account.

If your account is terminated due to a terms violation, GTR99 reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account. If termination is initiated by the member with no breach involved, any valid balance will be returned after all security checks are completed.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their GTR99 account may contact the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.

GTR99 is not liable for any loss, damage or disruption arising from:

• Internet service disruptions or connectivity issues beyond GTR99's control.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by your bank or a third-party e-wallet provider.
• All betting or game outcomes are determined by the independent and fair results of GTR99's RNG system.
• Loss of potential winnings due to any technical disruption beyond GTR99's control.
• Any act or omission by a third party, including game software providers.

In any case where GTR99 is found liable, GTR99's maximum liability to any member is limited to the total amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant incident.

GTR99 takes social responsibility seriously and provides a comprehensive set of responsible gambling tools for all members. We encourage all members to make use of these tools to maintain a healthy and controlled playing experience:
